• Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed
• Consider bringing a photo or meaningful object connected to your loved one
• Have a notebook ready to record insights (session recording will be provided)

• We'll begin with a brief meditation to create sacred space
• I'll share whatever comes through—images, feelings, messages, or experiences
• You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification
• Our focus will be on authentic connection, healing, and meaningful resolution.

• Notice signs or synchronicities that may continue to appear
• Integration support is available if needed
