What to Expect
The connection begins as soon as you book your session.
Your loved ones and guides are energized by your desire to connect, and they often begin communicating even before we officially meet on Zoom.

- You'll receive an email with tips for getting the most out of our time together
- You may want to set an intention for your connection, then hold it gently, and come with an open heart rather than a single proof point in mind
- Understand that the souls who step forward are often exactly those from whom you need to hear
- Have a journal ready to capture insights and notice what continues to arrive in the days that follow (a full audio recording will also be provided)
During your session:
- We'll begin by raising our energy together and create a sacred space by lighting a candle
- I'll share what has already come through - images, feelings, names, memories, and messages - and more souls and guides arrive as the 45-minute session unfolds
- You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, confirm what resonates, and seek guidance on your current path
- I often draw cards from the Osho Zen Tarot deck for additional clarity
- Our focus is always on authentic connection, healing, and what your soul most needs to receive
After your session:
- You'll receive a follow-up email with the audio recording, links to any resources, and suggestions for deepening your experience
- Give yourself time for reflection and self-care, as this work can move things in profound ways
- Notice the signs and synchronicities that may continue to appear; they're often part of the ongoing conversation
- Your 15-minute Integration Call takes place 2 to 3 weeks after your session (link to book will be in the follow-up email) , and this is where we explore what's landed most deeply, what's continued to unfold, and what's opening up for you
