What if they're trying to reach you?!

Ever wonder what happens in a mediumship session with me? Will I be spooked?! Will I cry?

No one has ever said that they felt afraid during our time together, and yes, there are often tears. Tears of joy, relief, feeling loved, and getting clarity!

There may be some anxiety before we start, and believe me, it's normal to feel that. It's not every day that you get to connect in this way.

I make a point of asking the spirits that only those souls and guides who have the highest good in mind of that person (and all those around them) come through, and they strictly observe those boundaries. And you can always let me know you don't want to hear from a particular energy.

Many of us have not-so-loved ones across the veil, after all...

As soon as you book a session, spirits start paying attention as they've been waiting for you to do just that. They are attracted to your elevated energy, and start sharing information with me as the guide.

(I had to ask for a "gate-keeper" as I was getting bombarded as I was falling asleep, and my dear mother-in-law Aline stepped forward right away! So sweet of her, and now I consciously set aside time to receive messages ahead of time.)

Here's what you can expect when we meet on Zoom: I always light a candle as our session begins, making sure we are both grounded, and invite the ancestors in.

Then I begin with the information that has come through in advance. The 45 minutes flies by!

What comes through varies beautifully. Sometimes I'll get words, like "pink bathrobe" (turns out the mom loved pink bathrobes, and the client still had one in her closet!).

Other times I'll be shown something that's on a wall of a client or on their desk, and sure enough, there it is! Or they'll share something that happened recently- evidence that their energy is with you and that you are not separate.

Personalities and quirks often come through, reassuring us that it's actually that person. Case in point: my dad being his silly self!

Then the messages and guidance start flowing, and I share those in real time. Sometimes I actually channel the spirit (speak as them) if they have a lot to say.

There are some wonderfully chatty and excited souls out there ready to connect!

Many clients enjoy hearing from their guides- those loving beings who support and watch over us throughout our lives- and I've had beautiful visions of huge columns of light reaching up behind them, in various colors, representing that energy.

Both the guides and souls can answer questions about life directions, and sometimes we'll do a tarot card reading with the Zen Osho deck (beautiful illustrations and powerful messages) for more clarity.

We end with gratitude for all that has occurred in the session.
