Did you choose a word for the year? Mine is Deepening...✨

Thinking back to the first day of 2026- it was a foggy cool day in the Pacific Northwest, perfect for taking a brisk walk then enjoying a hot cup of tea back at home.

The past year had its ups and downs, as years always do. My word for 2025 was Flow, and I think maybe "twists and turns" is a better expression of that! Strokes at age 62?! Didn't have that on my bingo card!

But that doesn't incorporate all the positive things that happened.

My absolute highlight of this year?

Connecting so many of you with those in spirit form, and bringing through messages of love, hope, and healing.

My word for 2026? Deepening.

I can already feel its gentle pull. I'm deepening my own connection practices, deepening the ways I support you through integration and development sessions, and deepening into the truth that love truly does transcend death.
